Competitive flag football with championship by age group

Co-ed:: 1st -5th grades :: 8-9 players per team

Practice starts: August 28, 2018

Practice & games will be held Tuesday & Thursday Nights from 6:30-8pm on KMHS Campus Fields  (1898 Kennesaw Due West Road, Kennesaw, GA  30152)

Games begin: September 6th

Championship weekend: October 26

Cost: $85

By registering your child, you agree to the following:

As the legal guardian or parent of the participant indicated above.  I hereby authorize the coaches to act in the event of any injury and emergency. I hereby waive and release Cobb County Schools, Kennesaw Mountain High School and all directors/instructors from any and all liability in the event of any injuries or illnesses incurred while attending Kennesaw Mountain Middle Flag Football. In addition, I certify that my child is in good health and is able to participate in all activities. Furthermore, in the event of an emergency requiring medical attention, I shall be responsible for any and all services rendered.
